Meet in Freshman Cafeteria

All forms must be completed and turned in before any student can work out with the team.  All forms are available on the website; please note that some of the JCPS forms must be notaized. The team fee is $250.00 per player.  There is also $100.00 uniform deposit that will be refunded at the end of the season when the uniform is returned in good condition.  

Manual requres a $40.00 fee, payable to Manual High School, once per year for each student athlete.  Finally, girls must join or renew their membership in US Lacrosse, which is $35.00.
